Refund & Cancellation Policy

Appointments require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable.
 

Arrival Time
Clients are asked to arrive on time for their appointment. Late arrival may result in a shortened session, and the full session fee will still apply. Clients arriving significantly earlier may be required to wait.
 

Clinic Schedule
While every effort is made to run on time, slight delays may occasionally occur due to the nature of clinical work. A short waiting time may be required.
 

Payment
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or missed appointment.
 

Packages
Pre-paid sessions are non-refundable and must be used within the specified validity period.
