MUSCULOSKELETAL THERAPY
MOVEMENT REHABILITATION
Assessment and structured treatment for pain, discomfort, or movement-related issues affecting muscles, joints, and the body as a whole.
This includes identifying the cause of symptoms, hands-on work to reduce discomfort, with a personalised plan that includes manual therapy work and guided exercises to support recovery.
Movement work focuses on restoring balance within the body by gently addressing how patterns of movement and tension are organised over time.
Some imbalances relate to neuromuscular coordination, where control and load distribution become less efficient. Through carefully selected exercises, these patterns can be retrained and supported.
Others are linked to anatomical chains — natural connections within the body that guide how movement and tension are shared. Understanding these relationships allows for a more integrated approach.
The choice of exercises is always guided by individual assessment.
Movement work may be offered as a standalone session, or integrated into hands-on treatment where appropriate.
Clinical yoga builds on this approach through a structured form of therapeutic movement, integrating breath, control, and body awareness.
It is designed to support recovery, improve function, and contribute to nervous system regulation.

RENEWAL INTEGRATIVE REHAB
About

With Level 6 training in Sport Rehabilitation, the approach is structured and integrated, focusing on the body as a connected system.
My background includes experience within the NHS since 2013, across orthopaedics, surgery, A&E, and fracture clinic settings. This has shaped a strong clinical understanding of injury, recovery, and how the body responds to different stages of rehabilitation.
I am building practical experience within a rugby club setting, supporting player rehabilitation and providing pitch-side first aid (Level 3 First Aid qualified).
My approach combines manual therapy, movement-based work, and continuous professional development, including advanced massage training. I continue to expand my knowledge to ensure my work remains effective, relevant, and grounded in practice.
Before transitioning into rehabilitation, I gained qualifications in accounting and law, which now support the development and structure of my practice.
My work is also shaped by personal experience — understanding how the body adapts, compensates, and recovers over time. This perspective informs a more attentive and individual approach to each person I work with.
"The body already knows how to heal — sometimes it just needs the right guidance."
